Announcing the 

“Habitat's Church Concert Series” 

We are currently talking to the churches in Charles County and offering to bring a concert to your church.  The concerts will not cost the Church anything other than the facilities.  
  •  We bring the music group (there are many styles to choose from).
  • We set up and do the sound.
  • We clean up afterward
  • The “Love Offering” goes to H4H
  • Your church gets an outreach evening as a valuable fellowship tool
        (what a great way for visitors to come and experience your church)

  • Saturday, August 9: Our Concert series continues! "Concert  At The Auditorium" Featuring: Bluegrass Gospel Express  Time: 7:00 pm, Location: 

    Trinity Baptist Church, Mattawoman - Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD

  • Thursday, August 28: Monthly Board meeting, in La Plata, at 7 pm.  All are welcome


  • Sunday, September 14: Nanjemoy Baptist Church Anniversary Special !!

  • Thursday, September 25: Monthly Board meeting, in La Plata, at 7 pm.  All are welcome
  • October - "Homes before the Holidays" A month of events to support Habitat for Humanity in Charles County!!

  • Saturday, October 4: "Concert  At The Auditorium Series " Featuring: The Steve Potter Band.  Time: 7:00 pm, Location: Calvary United Methodist Church, in Waldorf.   An offering will be taken. (Master card & Visa accepted.) 


  • Monday, October 6: International Habitat Day events TBA

  • Monday, October 13: Habitat for Humanity's Annual Golf Tournament  Location: Potomac Ridge Golf Course (Master card & Visa accepted.)  If you are like me, you'll get to discover new ground!!  (Columbus Day theme of course!)

  • Thursday, October 23: Monthly Board meeting, in La Plata, at 7 pm.  All are welcome

  • Thursday, November 27: No regularly scheduled Monthly Board meeting 

  • Saturday, December 13: Our Concert series continues! "Concert  At The Auditorium" Featuring:  Christmas Bluegrass Extravaganza

    Bluegrass Gospel Express  >  Sonrise  >  All4Hym  Time: 7:00 pm, Location:  New Hope Church, Lorton, VA.  An offering will be taken. (Master card & Visa accepted.)

  • Thursday, December 25: No regularly scheduled Monthly Board meeting

  • Friday, Febuary 13, 2009: Annual concert: The Fabulous Hubcaps  Location: Jaycees Hall, 3090 Crain Highway, Route 301 in Waldorf next to Checkers.  Tickets are TBD in advance and TBD at the door. (Master card & Visa accepted.)  Table (10 seats) sales will also be available.  Tickets sales will start in the late Fall, 2008.
